EQUITY AUDITS​
We examine our clients' policies and practices, service user experience, organizational culture and work environment through an equity lens. This helps us identify the issues and barriers in employment and service delivery in order to make recommendations for change that will form the basis of an organization's Equity Strategy and Action Plan. 

LEARNING & EDUCATION

We offer a variety of in-person, virtual and elearning experiences that cover a range of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion topics.

WORKFORCE CENSUS
A Workforce Census is a critical first step in designing, implementing and evaluating the efficacy and impact of diversity initiatives. We focus on assessing the representation of the groups that experience persistent and systemic discrimination in employment, identifying barriers to hiring and advancement, and making recommendations to remove these barriers. 
STRATEGY & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
We work collaboratively with leaders, staff and Advisory Committees to develop equity, diversity and inclusion strategies and programs that focus on fostering inclusion and increasing the diversity in the organization, at all levels. 

RESEARCH & PROGRAM EVALUATION

We offer a range of qualitative and quantitative research services to help clients understand organizational issues and challenges. We also help our clients evaluate programs and improve their overall performance. We conduct needs assessments, environmental scans, and SWOT analyses to help organizations understand and respond to the context within which they operate, the changing demographic population, the trends in the sector and the emerging needs of a changing client population.
