Program Evaluation
We offer a range of services to help clients evaluate programs and improve their organization’s performance. We conduct needs assessments, environmental scans and SWOT analyses to help organizations understand and respond to the context within which they operate, the changing demographic population, and the trends in the sector and emerging needs of a changing client population.
