Turner Consulting Group offers a comprehensive approach to helping our clients understand their changing employee population and client base, and how to leverage that diversity for organizational success.
Led by the Principal Consultant, Tana Turner, we help clients identify and meet their challenges in creating and managing a diverse workforce, delivering services to a diverse client population, comply with human rights and employment equity legislation, and develop diversity policies and programs that work. We also offer a broad range of learning programs, from human rights training to anti-racism training.
Tana works with a number of Associates who are not only experts in the field, they also have the lived experience that reflects a deeper understanding of the challenges and issues faced by people from diverse communities, backgrounds and identities.
Our range of services helps organizations go beyond simply complying with human rights and employment equity legislation to develop an inclusive work environment. We also review and evaluate equity, diversity and inclusion plans, policies and programs to assess whether the organization has the infrastructure to advance equity.
Clients value our skills and experience, and also our commitment to working collaboratively to find solutions that best fit their organization. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of clients of various sizes and across all sectors.
We welcome the opportunity to support your organization in being the best at what you do, by valuing the diversity of the changing Canadian population.
