At a strategic level

We offer a comprehensive approach to support organizations to build inclusive organizations - because we believe that piecemeal, ad hoc approaches don't create meaningful organizational change. At a strategic level, we will help you build a business case for diversity, assess your specific issues, and develop an equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategy to move your organization forward.

At a tactical level
We can help you implement your EDI program
in the following areas:
  • Training: We can help prepare your staff for diversity and help them understand how to work better across the differences that already exist in the workplace. We can also help managers understand their roles and responsibilities to create an inclusive and discrimination and harassment-free workplace.
  • Representation: We can assess and monitor the composition of your workforce and your applicant pool. We can identify gaps in representation and prepare an action plan to help you close those gaps.
  • Recruitment: We can work with you to develop strategies to attract a more diverse applicant pool and help your managers engage in bias-free hiring.
