Staff Census
A Staff Census is the first step to understanding the composition of your team and identifying whether and where underrepresentation exists.  We gather and analyze demographic data to assess representation and identify potential barriers to hiring, advancement, and inclusion and make recommendations to remove these barriers. The insights gained inform recommendations for shaping workplace diversity strategies.

We also conduct program evaluations to assess the impact of your programs, particularly on equity-deserving groups.
