Equity Audits
We conduct Equity Audits to examine your organization’s policies, practices, workplace culture, and service user experience through an equity lens. We identify barriers and challenges in both internal operations and external service delivery. Staff Census
A Staff Census is the first step to understanding the composition of your team and identifying whether and where underrepresentation exists.  We gather and analyze demographic data to assess representation and identify potential barriers to hiring, advancement, and inclusion and make recommendations to remove these barriers. The insights gained inform recommendations for shaping workplace diversity strategies. ​
